Watermelon ni urubuto ubundi rugizwe n’amazi ku kigero cya 92%, rukigiramo n’izindi vitamine n’ubutare butandukanye, bituma ari urubato rw’ingenzi ku buzima bw’abantu bakunda kururya. Gusa, imbuto zo muri watermelon na zo zikize ku ntungamubiri.
