President Paul Kagame has sent a written message to the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, reaffirming the strong bilateral relations between Rwanda and Qatar.

The message was delivered to Qatar by Rwanda’s Minister of Interior, Dr. Vincent Biruta, who handed it over Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force "Lekhwiya," 

This diplomatic communication underscores the continued cooperation between Rwanda and Qatar, a partnership that has grown stronger over the years. The two countries have collaborated in key sectors such as aviation, investment, infrastructure development, and security.

In recent years, Rwanda and Qatar have signed several agreements aimed at boosting economic growth and enhancing regional and international connectivity. High-level visits between leaders of both nations have also played a crucial role in strengthening ties.

The delivery of President Kagame’s message reflects the shared commitment to deepen cooperation and explore new opportunities for mutual benefit, further solidifying the strong relationship between the two countries.
