Unlocking Nyaruguru’s Investment Potential in Tourism, Agriculture, and Environment
The Minister of Emergency Management, Maj. Gen. (Rtd) Albert MURASIRA, officially opened the Nyaruguru Investment Forum in Kibeho, praising participants for their contributions to regional development and urging the creation of projects that deliver tangible benefits to local communities and the nation.
The forum, hosted in Kibeho, Nyaruguru District, brought together investors, district officials, and representatives from the Rwanda Development Board (RDB). Minister MURASIRA emphasized that the district holds significant untapped potential in tourism, agriculture, and environmental sectors, calling for actionable strategies to promote sustainable investment.
He reminded participants that the government has established investor-friendly policies and that opportunities are open to all, provided projects are well-designed and bring real benefits to both residents and investors.
RDB highlighted its role in supporting investment through policy guidance and efficient services, aiming to help investors succeed while advancing regional development.
The Nyaruguru Investment Forum serves as a unique platform for exchanging ideas between district authorities and investors, focused on identifying and leveraging investment opportunities in the district to drive long-term, sustainable growth.
