The management of the company says they have put in place initiatives to help Rwandans and others planning to build modern and quality houses in the country.

The General Manager of Premium Construction, Eng. Emile Nshimiyimana, told UKWELITIMES that they support a wide range of construction projects for those seeking to build quality structures in Rwanda.

He mentioned that they build houses for people in various ways, including handling the required documentation for construction, and they can also help clients find affordable plots of land.

“We help people who have enough capital to build good houses, and we also assist in preparing them using modern methods, including identifying ideal construction locations.” he said.

He went on to say that they assist both local and diaspora clients in developing profitable construction projects.

“Someone with the financial ability or a job can invest in construction and earn a good return over time, all while continuing their current work without needing to be physically present. They just monitor the money transfers to their bank account.”

Eng. Emile added that they help people with capital to build good houses in attractive, secure locations, assist with modern planning, and connect them with people looking to rent or lease homes.
