Kepler VC Defeats Cameroon Sports Volleyball 3-1 in African Club Championship Clash at BK Arena
Kepler VC secured an impressive 3-1 victory over Cameroon Sports Volleyball in their third match of the African Men’s Volleyball Clubs Championship (MAVCC 2026), played on Saturday at BK Arena.
The Rwandan side showed strong performance from the start, taking the first two sets with identical scores of 25-21. Kepler VC maintained solid attacking rhythm and disciplined defense, putting early pressure on the Cameroonian team.
The third set was highly competitive, with both sides pushing point for point. Kepler VC eventually edged it in a tight finish, winning 28-26 to extend their lead in the match.
Cameroon Sports Volleyball responded in the fourth set, improving their gameplay and capitalizing on a few errors from Kepler VC to win it 25-22. However, it was not enough to force a comeback as Kepler VC had already established control of the match.
The result marks an important win for Kepler VC in the ongoing continental competition, boosting their confidence as they continue their campaign in the tournament hosted in Kigali.
The African Men’s Volleyball Clubs Championship continues to bring together top clubs from across the continent, with teams competing for regional dominance and qualification honors.
