Paul Kagame Meets Deputy Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia
On the evening of February 24, 2026, the President of Rwanda held talks at Village Urugwiro with Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia.
Their discussions focused on further strengthening the existing friendly relations between the two countries, with particular emphasis on key sectors of mutual interest.
These include economic cooperation, investment, trade, agriculture, energy, and sustainable development.
Rwanda and Saudi Arabia maintain relations founded on mutual respect and shared interests, and both sides continue to explore new opportunities to expand cooperation across various sectors.
The visit marks another step forward in reinforcing the commitment of both nations to deepen productive and long-term bilateral partnership.
